Service Center Manager - Sales Supervision Business Management - Omaha NE - JOB 18-00109Salary Range 90K - 120K approx. 15% - 20% Bonus - Permanent Position with Benefits. A well-established electrical maintenance service-oriented company is seeking to hire a Service Center Manager who will provide overall supervision and direction for the service center and act as main point of contact for customers. Direct all processes for the service center and be responsible for sales profit loss and quality of the service center.REQUIREMENTSBachelor of Science Electrical Engineering is preferred. Four-year degree or graduate of Electrical Technical School or Military equivalent will be considered as well. 5 - 6 years experience as a Sales Manager or similar role scheduling work overseeing customer service driving sales and overall management for business managers field personnel and sales personnel. All candidates must have experience in Power Systems & High Voltage in order to be considered. Direct Reports All Service Center Field Personnel Sales Engineers and Business Administrators Strong computer skills including editing formatting and using templates in Microsoft Word use of Internet for standards products manufacturer research and operation of computer-controlled test equipment. Each Service Center Manager is expected to run the business as if it was their own Take Ownership. May supervise field work sites and work in and around electrical equipment. All candidates must have strong Customer Service skills & requires a high degree of communication supervisory organizational and good management skills write and review proposals and review reports of field personnel. Schedule work for field engineers & technicians make sales calls and develop new customers develop prepare and close sales proposals review field notes by tech s technical support and assistance for field personnel sales engineers and technical report writers. Develop weekly invoicing and monthly status reports. Promote new business. Coordinate technical training for field personnel and review and recommend field technical procedures and procedure changes. Conduct Employee Reviews and recommend appropriate salary changes. Ensure compliance with companies environmental and safety policies and conduct safety meetings. Maintain the proper calibration of all test equipment traceable to the NIST. Job duties will be about 70% Sales & 30% Project Management. The services area that this person will be responsible for a is all of Indiana and portions of Illinois. Willing to work flexible hours weekends some overnight travel to cover field region. Average overnight stays a month is about 5 to 7. Valid Driver s License is required.
