Is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant for a prestigious company in the Health Care district Who is willing to work remotely and responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. providing support to our managers and employees assisting in daily office needs and managing our company s general administrative activities. RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative and office support activities for multiple supervisorsWrite and distribute email correspondence memos letters faxes and formsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsDevelop and maintain a filing systemUpdate and maintain office policies and proceduresOrder office supplies and research new deals and suppliersMaintain contact listsBook travel arrangementsSubmit and reconcile expense reportsAct as the point of contact for internal and external clientsLiaise with executive and senior administrative Assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managersREQUIREMENTSProven experience as an administrative assistant virtual assistant or office admin assistantKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresWorking knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machinesProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskHigh School degree additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
