Assistant Director Leadership Development

Oversee the strategy development programming and staff of the Center for Ethical Leadership. Direct the President s Leadership Council leadership programming and leadership study abroad. Partner with the Director of Leadership and Campus Life to provide innovative inclusive and effective leadership development for students throughout Oklahoma State University. Frequent evenings and weekends will be required for this position. Minimum qualifications Master s degree in College Student Personnel Higher Ed. Admin or other related behavioral science business degree and five years of related work experience. Knowledge of current and emerging leadership theory and research. Experience teaching credit and or non-credit leadership coursework. Experience supervising staff. Experience designing and overseeing leadership programming.
