The room for rent is nice sized with great natural lighting mirrored closet and bath. This home is like new Built 2006 1930 square feet 4 bedroom 3 bath. The room for rent is NOT FURNISHED and for one person only. Street parking (plenty of street parking always available or Optional Garage Parking Available for extra monthly fee). I am only considering non-smoker without pets. Looking for a clean quiet responsible and professional roommate back round check a must. Total people in home now is 1 adult and one 12yr old boy whom I have 50% custody very quite hardly know he is around. I do have 2 small dogs. All utilities included light gas water basic cable internet but no phone Laundry Kitchen privileges .. No DRUGS NO SLEEP OVERS and food not included. 120.00 deposit for cleaning and paint broken closet mirror not covered if broken during stay. A bit about me I am 40 yrs old and divorced.
