Currently looking for a subleaser (male or female) in a 4 bedroom house available ASAP. Preferable someone around college age as the age range in the house is 19-23. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to campus and about a 5-minute drive. The house is pet-friendly and has one kitten staying in the house. All of the common rooms are furnished. You only need to bring in stuff for your room. There is a large walk-in closet in the room as well as a linen closet in the hallway right outside the room. It has onsite washer and dryer that are NOT coin operated and a large amount of storage space in the basement. There is a fully fenced backyard. Rent is 1795.00 split 5 ways (two people share a bedroom) plus utilities and internet.
