This is a 5 plus acre lot of land located in Sierra Blanca TX. The land has an easement on the property and is convenient to Mexico which makes it a property with options. The land is not desolant as there are gas stations places to eat and other homesteads throughout the area. I originally bought the land prior to discharge from the military in 2016 but my work carried me to far away to pursue plans.
