Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd and 3rd shifts - Akron Cleveland - JOB 18-00054 Salary Range 38 480 - 46 800 Permanent Position with Benefits. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply. Akron Cleveland Area Company is seeking Maintenance Supervisors for both 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities. The Maintenance Supervisor position will be hands on performing service and repair on hydraulics pneumatics mechanical and electrical equipment. Will schedule daily & weekly work assignments for maintenance personnel. Plan scheduling for maintenance and repair of facilities systems equipment and machines. Work with Safety Manager. Insure all maintenance employees are properly trained. REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GED required Minimum 1-2 years Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be good at troubleshooting machine controls and PLC s. Tow motor license or be able to acquire a license in 2 weeks. Facility Maintenance experience Experience Extensive knowledge of electrical hydraulics pneumatics and mechanical systems. Must be able to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics. Must have good communication skill (written & verbal) Must have basic computer skills knowledge of MS Office products. Experience working with budgets writing purchase orders and working with outside vendors.
