My rate is 15.00 hour or 300 for a 20 hour work week for general duties and maintenance which includes free 24 7 security presence. I can be on call to assist with administrative office duties offering a friendly face and down home hospitality warmly welcoming guests and patrons to your establishment. Greeting answering phone calls and questions advertising and posting on-line promoting your organization for donations or your establishment for business showing rentals registering guests and collecting payments. Oversee the safety and security of the property guests and staff. Provide supervision of contractors and vendors. Handling situations that arise and bringing them to your attention. Contact and schedule appointments. Assist with cooking cleaning chauffeuring housekeeping general maintenance minor repairs organizing ordering shipping and receiving managing and maintaining inventory keeping supplies stocked and organized etc. I have found that my standards for cleanliness are far above most others.
