Akron Ohio engineering and service firm is seeking a Construction Project Manager Assistant for high voltage power distribution and substation construction. REQUIREMENTSHigh School graduate Associate or Bachelor degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering Technology is highly desirable Journeyman Electrician card highly desirable Experience as a project manager ideally in the electrical construction industry Review construction drawings and manage sub-contractors Attend and direct meetings scope work assist with project estimates (time and material) plan & schedule Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must to interact with clients sub-contractors and others Knowledge of using Primavera scheduling software highly desirable Creating editing marking up collaborating and sharing documents ideally using Blue Beam software Forecast expenses costs track and change orders Occasional local travel Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
