Supervisor Melt Shop - Zanesville OH - JOB 18-00044 Salary Range 57K - 67K Permanent Position with Benefits.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply. Zanesville Area Company is seeking is seeking a Supervisor. The Supervisor s main responsibility will be the direct supervision of the melt shop crew. Monitor equipment performance. Conduct safety meetings and training. Maintain production logs and production data. REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma required Associate s or Bachelor s Degree preferred. Must have previous experience in a manufacturing smelting production or other related field. Must be able to work a 12-hour swing rotating shift to include weekend duty coverage required. Must have excellent communication skills Ability to motivate and lead a team. Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) Strong problem solving skills Knowledge of ISO and OHSAS procedures and systems. Understanding of OSHA EPA regulations. Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
