3 Alpacas for Sale 1 is pregnant and du this spring 2018. The baby was born spring of 2017 Mom (Black one) is 2 1 2 years old. They come from Snow King and other Extremely High Grade alpacas. Their fleece is stunning super soft and makes top quality yarns. I sell the yarn for 38.99 per skein (4 oz.) The females were bred to the highest quality fleece alpacas in NJ . The baby was (crias) were bred for superior coats as well. Alpacas are VERY easy animals to take care of. They eat grass & hay and a very small amount of alpaca grain per day (1 2 - 3 4 cup). And need 1 shot per month. Their feet have nails and pads so they are VERY easy on the ground and DO NOT damage the ground like horses and DO NOT cause muddy muck. They are very quiet animals and poop in 1 pile to make clean up much easier than other livestock or pets. Their Pelleted poop is called Cold Manure and can be applied to plants as fertilizer immediately without having to wait for it to breakdown like the hot manure of horses.Their fleece is extremely valuable and a great porfit can be made from having them shorn once a year. I can give you the name of a reliable person company that shears alpacas to get the manimum usable fleece very humanely. Shorn fleece is very easy to clean in just warm water & dawn. It can be easily dyed made into yarn felt sheets & art or whatever you dream up.
