Molding Foreman - Supervision Plastic Injection Molds Approve Mold Sets - Akron Ohio - JOB 18-00040 Salary Range 44K - 56K Permanent Position with Benefits.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply. A local long-standing plastics manufacturer is seeking a Molding Foreman for supervision of all personnel assigned to their department shift including job assignments to ensure quality product is molded on-time and according to schedule. Assign personnel for the following shift. REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years molding experience and supervision for plastic injection molds. Ensures employees are following all procedures and safety rules when performing jobs and that they have the necessary supplies and tools available. Knowledgeable with MS Office (word excel outlook) Submit daily time cards to payroll department. Performs regular press rounds to review part quality tooling condition machine condition and proper mold sets to ensure that production standards (productivity and quality) are being met. Approves mold sets prior to the start of production. Make sure Molding Technicians properly clean wax and lubricate the molds. Advise maintenance of equipment problems repairs required with written Maintenance Work Orders. Advises Division Manager of Cost Savings Ideas on a weekly basis. Responsible for weekly and monthly physical inventory of press department items. Ensure compliance with the Union Contract Will train on 1st shift then be assigned to 3rd shift Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
