Boise Level 1 Firearms Training offers its Pistol 1 Basic Pistol Training Course in a one-day fun and informative class (weather permitting). This is an introductory firearm safety course for those who are new to firearms or have limited experience (not a marksmanship or tactical class). Level 1 s unique approach to teaching provides a safe casual environment that is proven to reduce fear and build confidence. Our instructors are certified friendly and knowledgeable. Students will explore all facets of firearm ownership including safe gun handling maintenance shooting techniques and basic stances. This course is the prerequisite for additional Level 1 skill-building courses and satisfies state requirements for the Idaho Standard Concealed Carry License. Firearm rentals available upon request.
