Akron Company is seeking a Bilingual Account Manager Customer Service Representative. The Bilingual Account Customer Service Representative must be fluent in both Japanese and English. Some of the key responsibilities They will receive orders from both Customers and Sales Associates. Process Purchase orders for all incoming orders. Respond to all customer requests in a prompt and courteous manner-including requests for quotes return phone calls availability of stock expected delivery times and customer complaints. Ensure pricing is accurate and all sales quotes are current. Coordinate with Logistics for high priority orders and expedited shipments. REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma with 4-6 years of experience in a problem-solving environment customer service and computer background preferred. Bachelor s Degree preferred Must be bilingual and fluent in both Japanese and English Must have strong attention to detail Experience with Oracle and MS Office Suite preferred Experience with Purchase Orders within a manufacturing environment preferred. Good problem solving and trouble shooting skills Good communication skills (written & verbal) Team player Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
