I am a female seeking a female roommate or a family (husband wife children) who has a spare room that they want to rent for 500 (utilities included) with access to the kitchen to cook and washer & dryer. I am a author entertainer & motivational speaker who recently relocated back to Los Angeles to launch my career. I would want to rent now January 2018 and would be looking to rent anywhere from 6 - 12 mos. Just to give you a clearer picture of what I do As a motivational speaker & entertainer there will be times that I will be rehearsing for a show or a presentation throughout the day typically anytime between 8 a - 6 p. I do have a naturally booming voice so there are times when it could get quite loud--if you do work from home. I also shoot You TUBE videos for my channel that I will at times shoot in the room of me telling a story or doing a prerecording for my inspirational broadcast. I also host a inspirational broadcast Mon - Fri via Periscope IG LIVE and FB LIVE.I attend church every Sunday and volunteer there twice a month with the Children s Ministry. I do have a tight schedule and I tend to keep to myself to recoup after spending all day in front of lots of people throughout the day via social media live shows networking events etc. ANIMALS I do not own any animals. I am animal friendly (cat dog hamster bird small monkey) Not a fan of HUGE dogs 50 lbs but if they are friendly I will make do. If you own a reptile (snake) or an exotic type animal that is not a bird then I will not be interested in renting.
