Trying to locate someone

My best friend s ex-husband lives in Denver. She lives in another state. He changed jobs several months ago and refuses to tell her where he now works. She works hard and has a good job but it s not enough to take care of her children and she relies on his child support. He now owes over 5 000. We are looking for someone who lives in the Denver area who could try to do some investigative work for us. We ve had a few skip tracers reach out but gave us false information...so he may be onto us. Please help. We don t have much money to give but we would be able to provide some type of finders fee once the money starts coming in again.Thanks for reading
