SEX MaleApproximate Weight 30 lbs.Has Lived With Other dogsCurrently Living at Local boarding Pepito needs a foster or adopter Special adoption considerations None as of nowMeet Pepito This handsome and sweet boy is a 6-12 month old Shepherd mix weighing in at approximately 30 pounds. Pepito was rescued after he was hit by a car and left behind. Now he s ready to make his way to D.C. and find the perfect family to start his new life with Pepito is a lively and playful dog so he ll require an active family that will provide him with plenty of exercise and playtime (he is a Shepherd after all) He will need both mental and physical stimulation on a daily basis to keep him happy and healthy. An adopter who works full time would need to commit to having a midday dog walker for him during the week. Pepito would love to go on long walks hikes and take trips to the dog park so he can socialize with his canine friends. And of course upon returning home he d love to shower his new forever family with tons of kisses and cuddles Although Pepito loves people and gets along very well with other dogs we haven t had a chance to see him interact with kids or cats yet. If you have them let us know and we ll do our best to find out Pepito is also looking forward to attending obedience school to hone in his doggie manners and impress his new family.Pepito will make a great companion and family member you won t regret o pening your heart and home to this sweet boy Like most shelter dogs Pepito may need a refresher on house-training. He is likely crate trained.The adoption fee for this dog is 350 which includes the cost of routine vetting including vaccinations and spay neuter.
