Seeking Duplex via land contract Lakewood Rocky River Kamms

I am looking for a duplex for my growing family around Kamms Corner s Lakewood Fairview Park or Rocky River. I would like to secure a property under a contract for deed. I can show a stable work history and income in excess of 75k annually. I am a licensed insurance advisor for Liberty Mutaul Insurance and will submit to a background check I formally owned and operated a large mortgage company until 2008 when in the markets decline we were forced to choose to either pay our 430 employees payroll checks before Christmas or pay the taxes we owed on the revenue. I did the right thing in the favor of our employees and as a result I can use neither my military veterans benefits for a VA home loan nor secure conventional bank financing as the result of a large federal tax lien.
