CHRIST-FEST- A FUNDRAISER TO MAKE A TRUE DIFFERENCE

HOMELESSNESS IS AN EPIDEMIC THROUGHOUT OUR NATION Global Interfaith Social Ministries Alliance (gismaeco4life.org) a duly registered and active California non-profit religious corporation whose vision and goal is to unite Christian churches and organizations irrespective of denomination to save and enrich lives. We are seeking to make a true difference in San Diego and throughout our nation to alleviate homelessness poverty and suffering through WinSun s innovative 3D rapid building design and development technology. Utilizing such technology massive eco villages which can be created within a matter of weeks called Unified Services Centers (U.S.C.) shall be unlike any other homeless shelters and services currently within our nation. These will possess all the essential community program services and amenities essential to provide the proper opportunities and assistance to those in need to truly help those in need and those seeking true self-betterment. Additionally through WinSun technology communities throughout the United States can be provided with accessible and affordable housing. In 2010 President Obama launched the Opening Doors Program to end homelessness in our nation. This goal thus this far has grossly failed as a result of large-scale abuses by hundreds of charitable organizations throughout the United States which merely provided temporary shelter as opposed to permanent shelter to thousands of homeless people. Compounding the issue is agencies failing to properly document accurate census of those homeless programs serving the same needs as those of others and those falling short to provide the much-needed services to the homeless people because of the inaccuracies within existing homeless census. As a proximate cause of these drastic failures homelessness has become an epidemic throughout our nation. Streets and sidewalks are plagued with homeless individuals including vets who are suffering from severe drug addictions and mental illnesses. Our communities have become littered with debris from those that are homeless buildings vandalized violence and crime are on the rise and over 200 000 homeless people are reported to have come up missing. Our organization is seeking to facilitate the largest San Diego fundraising event for the homeless called Christ-fest. This will provide a forum so that an accurate census can be obtained of homeless individuals to provide services (e.g. clothing food showers basic healthcare resource information assessments) to them. Your donations will assist in securing space for the event for activities related thereto including generating and promoting awareness as to the event and our projects geared at providing community assistance and relief.
