Female Christian Roommate Wanted Looking for 4th roommate. We live in a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house on the South Hill near Comstock and Manito Park and The Scoop. All three of us work or go to school full time. We are all Christian. I have rented this house since July 2015 and have really enjoyed living here.There are 3 friendly birds that live with us. 2 green cheek conures and a lovebird. My sister (who is moving out) will be taking her bird once she gets settled at her new place. Having bird experience is not required. Unfortunately no cats allowed. One of my roommates does have a small dog. Small dog would be allowed with approval from our landord. Our landlord does charge a pet deposit that is fully refundable.The room available will be upstairs. The room has lots of built in storage and huge closet space. The bathroom upstairs would be shared with one other roommate. Rent will be 400 and 1 4th of the utilities. There will also be a 500 refundable deposit either in full or payments. We are flexible.
