Xtreme Manufacturing is looking for a Foam Insulation Technician that will be responsible for all aspects of installing spray foam insulation. Incentive Package includes Competitive pay Paid Vacation Paid Holidays 401k Retirement Plan Benefits after the first of the month following 60 days will include Medical Dental Vision & Life Supplemental Insurance Options Available Employee and Customer Incentive Bonus Programs Essential Duties and Responsibilities Install batt poly caulk and foam insulation per specifications Must demonstrate knowledge of high pressure spray foam equipment and system components (Reactor Transfer Pumps Spray Gun Parts ect.) Complete spray foam equipment and system maintenance Spray open and closed cell foam insulation in existing spaces Have the knowledge and skills to determine the proper insulation depth for assigned projects Work safe and use safety personal protection equipment according to company policy (such as safety glasses respirator safety toed boots cut resistant gloves high visibility clothing and hearing protection) Maintain your tools and personal protection equipment in good working condition Other duties as assigned by management Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Qualifications Minimum 2 years previous high pressure spray foam insulation work experience required Foam applicator Certification preferred Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to read instructions complete forms and do basic math Basic understanding of the different types of insulation and how to properly install them Ability to distinguish the difference between different types and sizes of insulation Operate a forklift efficiently and safely Must have a good driving record and a valid driver s license Must be able to read write and speak English Must be able to pass drug alcohol test and background check Must be able to provide Motor Vehicle Record at time of job offer (current within 15 days) Apply s www.xmfg.com company-careers
