Residential Drivers Residential Drivers operate heavy-duty trucks and are responsible for the collection of residential household waste or recyclable material. Driver will transport the material to a disposal transfer or recycle facility when trucks reach legal load capacity. Driver safely maneuvers vehicle in residential environments. Navigates high traffic and congested roadways driveways alleyways and lots. Roll off Drivers At Waste Management our Roll-Off drivers are responsible for the hauling of construction debris typically from large high volume construction sites. The driver is responsible for performing assigned duties on container delivery and hauling of industrial roll-off routes. This physically strenuous position involves mounting and dismounting a heavy-duty truck numerous times each day. Front End Load Drivers At Waste Management our Front-End loader driver services commercial routes removing and transporting waste or recyclables in fulfillment of customer contracts. This position will service approximately 100 to 150 commercial customers per day according to the assigned routes. The waste will then need to be transferred to the appropriate station landfill or drop-off location. Experience and License Requirements - At least 1 year of previous experience operating a vehicle requiring a Class 3 or higher license within the past 7 years- Must have a valid Class 3 or higher License with airbrake endorsement- Acceptable driving record required.- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.- Must be at least 18 years of age or older- Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen background and motor vehicle records check.
