Private Working Professional Need Private Space Soon

I am currently looking for ideally a studio or those converted back houses that has its own private bathroom and separate private entrance. or it could be a room attached to the main house as long as has a private entrance and private bathroom. and I do not need to share kitchen nor laundy coz I rarely cook and I can alwways do my laundry at my sister s. As you can already tell I am very big on privacy. I work hard and long hours and so when I get home all I want to do is to relax and just unwind. Plus I have a small dog. she s very cute. potty and kennel trained and is well behave. She does not bark at anything that moves. Around September this year I found out that the wife of my roommate who I worked before in my previous job would lock my dog inside the kennel and leaving her inside the bathroom or at the garage with no food no water no light. She is a heartless bitch She did that because my dog would eat the home cook left over that she gives their own dog and she would sometimes give some of her greasy home cooked meal when I spefically and numeruously told them that my dog only must eat her dog food which I never ran out. So as result my dog would get diarreah and made a mess. in the whole 1 year that I lived here she had made a mess (pooped barfed ) less than 5 times. She is a healthy and has quarterly visit to the vet. I would have left already but I signed the one year lease with my co worker. But i have no plans of renewing the lease knowing that my dog was being maltreated by someone who I live with. That is what I want a place that it would just be and my dog. I do not want rent another apartment because I do not want any overhead expenses (HOA Utilities other bills maintenance) I work as a Marketing Officer and Head Recruiter for a Homecare Agency with our main office in Santa Fe Springs and our OC office which I am in charge of is in Newport Beach. I report 3 to 4 days in Newport Beach. I work hard and I have saved some and so I know I can do something long term. Looking in the following cities Anaheim Garden Grove Westminster Orange Tustin Fountain Valley Santa Ana Huntington beach Costa Mesa Seal Beach Irvine.. I maybe very specific with what I want but I know I can find one that is in my price range
