Children with Special needs I have taught special needs children most of my life and have a wonderful autistic child myself. His ability to show compassion for others (a social trait that lacks with this disorder.) I am sure it is partly due to the fact that he grew up understanding the part we play in being good stewards of the many creatures of this earth.
