SUMMARY Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for our client in Kalamazoo MI. This person will be responsible for reviewing data forms for testing and accurately entering in personal information. The ideal candidate will provide great support to team members and building customer trust.This position is part-time requiring the individual to work 8 00 a.m- 1 00 p.m Monday-Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES Enter in personal information including donor name medications collection date accurately and in a timely matter. Analyze information to process information that is missing or illegible by using best judgment. Employ quality control in order to ensure information is correctly entered by double checking samples. Provide opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the data entry operations and continuously make improvements. Work efficiently in a team orientated atmosphere and be able to collaborate on document management. Assist with the accurate receipt opening sorting and processioning of samples. Abide by HIPAA confidentiality always. Testify in court to work done if needed. QUALIFICATIONS Associates degree required Bachelor s degree preferred. Previous data entry experience is preferred. Fine attention to detail for extended periods of time is required. Must be able to have exceptional and accurate alpha-numeric typing skills.
