Mallijangsung enterprise ltd is seeking F T CooksPosition CookTerms of employment Full-time PermanentWage 14- 17.25 hour (depending on Experience)Hours 30 - 40hours per weekBenefits 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay Job Duties Prepares an extensive variety of cold and hot food items utilizing standardized recipes. Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift Ensure the production of high quality merchandise Maintain accurate food inventories Ensure staff is properly trained on each menu item May plan menus determine size of food portions estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies May hire and train kitchen staff. Job requirements Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or Completion of college or other program in cooking or 1 2 years of commercial cooking experience are required. Educational Requirements Completion of secondary school is required.
