The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and or ability required. -Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles -Understanding of bookkeeping functions and procedures -Expertise in HR policies and procedures -Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations -Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills -Able to work independently MUST be willing to ask questions request guidance when needed -Organizational skills with an attention to detail and an ability to prioritize workload and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously -Competent use of MS Word Excel google docs gmail chrome and safari -Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent -Ability to read analyze comprehend and interpret general State and Federal laws and write simple instructions short correspondence and memos
