ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties will be assigned as needed -Accounts Payable and Receivable -Submit Payroll -General Ledger accounting and bank reconciliation -Human Resources administration -Handle Cash management -General office administration -Financial statements and other related reports -Handle incoming calls. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty required. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and or ability required. -Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles -Understanding of bookkeeping functions and procedures -Expertise in HR policies and procedures -Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations -Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills -Able to work independently MUST be willing to ask questions request guidance when needed -Organizational skills with an attention to detail and an ability to prioritize workload and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously -Competent use of MS Word Excel google docs gmail chrome and safari -Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent -Ability to read analyze comprehend and interpret general State and Federal laws and write simple instructions short correspondence and memos
