The following is helpful information The apartment building where I live is a luxurious building and my apartment is specious well furnished beautiful leaving room with a TV and a terrace with view to the street. I am 70 years old friendly and accommodating. (I prefer to have a roommate who is single whose age is in the range of 40-60)The building is located in a beautiful neighborhood with beautiful houses very convenient as far as public transportation including 5 minutes away from the Q train station and busses to Manhattan and other parts of Brooklyn.The building also has full time doorman and a professional accessible management.The location is in Ditmas Park in Brooklyn on Westminster Road between Cortelyou Road and Dorchester Road.The monthly rent is 950.00 and an additional security deposit for the same amount will be required.A reference from you previous landlord will be helpful.
