Looking for a SKILLED sales person for Transmission and Auto Rep

We have a smaller Transmission & Automotive Repair shop that recently relocated to a new facility near I 17 and Thomas. Besides transmissions we handle pretty much everything - Engines (from diag to repair replacement even full overhauls) Air Conditioning Suspension Steering Transfer Cases Differentials Brakes Timing Belts Water Pumps Electrical Diag & Repair Emissions Diag & Repair and more.We are looking to hire on a skilled sales person to help build our client database. A general knowledge of the automotive field is necessary as we don t want you to represent us if you seem like a novice to our potential clients. In the beginning this would mostly be an outside sales position (you would need to meet the local shops businesses fleets individuals and drum up business)... Eventually you would probably be able to work in shop for 2-3 days week with the remaining time still devoted to outside sales . Our current shop hours are Mon-Fri 8 00am-5 00pm. I do not plan on opening for weekends but if you would like to use Saturdays to drum up sales that would be fine. Again the more you can sell the higher your income would be. (If business grows and we hire employees that want to work weekends I might consider it but I am not trying to be greedy.) -)You must have excellent computer skills. You would be expected to create Quotes for clients using our available shop software. In addition we do have an internet based store where we sell remanufactured transmissions nationally. You would be responsible to answer phone calls and emails etc from local and internet sources in a timely manner and turn these leads into actual sales. You would also need to be creative with weekly postings on our Facebook page Google Plus LinkedIn Yelp etc in order to raise our internet presence and keep us high in the internet search engines like Google... You would be provided with a mobile phone that would be dedicated for work purposes.This sales person must show up to work ON TIME and READY TO WORK No Drama. You must be dependable and have your own reliable transportation. Drug free (must pass a drug screening test before employment and any potential future drug tests should they seem necessary). Must have a clean appearance and speak English well (bilingual is a plus but not mandatory). You must be legal to work in the state of Arizona.PAY... We are willing to offer two different options OPTION A A BASE SALARY each week plus a modest commission on all sales or OPTION B no base salary but a HIGHER COMMISSION on all sales. Pay would be as contracted labor form 1099 (so you would be responsible for your own taxes etc). Either way the more you can sell the higher your income. Besides a set commission there will be benchmark bonuses available as well. We want to hire someone that is looking for a long-term position and that will stay around as our company grows.
