Disabled person got hurt

Michael was being transported by ambulance they tied him down very tight so he could not move he was in pain the whole time on a visit to see dr on the way back they did the same thing tied him so tight he was in pain.Then when they took him out of ambulance they put him in a chair and pulled the straps on him so hard he was screaming in pain. Now he can not hardly move his legs can not hardly move back problems and shoulder pain. He has cerabral palsy he got that at age 33 we just wanted to know can we get a lawyer for him Thank you Julie
