Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse

The home care LPN provides direct care and comprehensive documentation of care for the people served in a home setting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to administering medication documenting data communicating with people served and their families or guardians.Part-time positions available. A licensed practical nurse (LPN) candidate must currently be licensed in Ohio from an accredited practical nursing school have CPR and First Aid certification experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred at least one (1) to two (2) years experience in a hospital nursing home or a developmental disabilities facility and a valid Ohio driver s license which must meet Hattie Larlham s driving requirements. This is a part-time or full-time position based on the wants of the candidate. Available working hours are Monday-Sunday 3pm-11pm.
