Genjie Holdings Ltd. is seeking F T Food Service Supervisor.Position Food Service SupervisorTerms of employment Full-time PermanentWage 13- 17.50 hour (depending on Experience)Hours 30-40 hours per weekBenefits 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay Job Duties Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operations Inspect workstations to ensure clean sanitized and prepped work surfaces before the start of incoming shift Ensure that food items are stored in a safe place and any expired or near expiry items are dealt with according to the regulations Supervises serving of meals Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures May interview select or hire new employees. Job requirements Completion of a community college program in food service administration hotel and restaurant management or related discipline OR1 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.Educational Requirements Completion of secondary school is required.
