Oversee and coordinate the activities of all management personnel and oversee supervision of associates. Responsible for opening and closing of all THS concepts. Train employees in company policy and procedures including GuestPath and ensure quality performance. Maintain proper implementation of sanitation procedures conduct inspections and ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment. Will interview and schedule associates. Verify sales reports cash audits cash handling payroll accounting reports and provide statistical planning. Responsibility for maintaining brand standards set forth by the brand. Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations regarding liquor sanitation payroll employment and EEO. QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role managing multi-units in a contract environment. Must have strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills. Must have strong commitment to customer and client service. Strong managerial skills required ability to work independently and demonstrated initiative leadership and team building skills are essential. Experience within the airport industry and with branded concepts is preferred.
