Petit Ami is looking for Food Service Supervisor (Caf Supervisor) Position Food Service Supervisor (Caf Supervisor) (NOC 6311) Term of Employment 40.00 hours per week (Full-time Permanent) Work Location 1689 Johnston St Vancouver BC V6H 3S2 Vacation Fee 4% of gross Salary Position Available 1 Salary 15.00 per hour Job Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day operations of the caf including staff ordering cleaning general administration - Provide training coaching and direction to team members on assigned shift - Monitor stocks of ingredients and food items and assist with the preparation of inventory supply - May direct preparation of food and beverages - Greet and talk with customers to get continuous feedback regarding both items offered on the menu and service to the customers - Guarantee the food and beverage quality meet high standard - Ensure that all items meet or exceed food safety standards Job Requirements - Completion of Secondary School- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food service industry- Food Safety Certificate is an asset- Ability to lead teams to a positive result- Excellent interpersonal skills How to apply Please submit your resume by email at petitamicafe(at)gmail.com Only short listed candidates will be contacted for an interview.
