Room for rent in a beautiful 5 bedroom house in winnetka city safe neighborhood. I have available room for rent for 550 a month 50 utilities includes centralized ac and heater water and power. access kitchen and access to the backyard and pool. The bathroom is shared with another tenant. Its a family home so we are strict about safety. House is equipped with camera in and out of property. We dont allow sleepover with friends in the house visits are ok but limited (that means i dont allow visitors everyday and no man allowed). Im looking for a female professional or a student that knows how to respect others follow house rules considerate and cleans after themself. Its a 1 month deposit and 1st month rent to move in. I have another room that will be available december 16 the rent is 600 a month 50 utilities per month. Washer and dryer is optional if u want to avail to access the washer and dryer its an additional of 20 only per month. Street parking only theres a lot of parking areas in the street. The house is in winnetka and roscoe. Close to island pacific filipino store northridge and topanga shopping malls restaurants banks 101 and 118 freeway pierce college is 5 mins away by car and CSUN is 10 mins away by car.We are filipino family with kids that goes to school.
