Senior Financial Coordinator

Responsible for management of the fiscal operations for the Oklahoma Agricultural Experiment Station (OAES) in the Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (DASNR) of state federal and other funds including day to day operations preparation of reports and adherence to state federal and university policy and procedures. Develop and manage the state and federal budgets. Coordination and management of OAES fiscal operations with funding to multiple departments units and research stations where funding is comprised of State Federal and other sources of revenue. Responsible for multi-million dollar budget development and financial position funding involving multiple fund sources. Fiscal management of the day-to-day operations of budget revenue expenditures cash flow and salary & benefit allocations for federal and state reporting requirements and deadlines complex chart of accounts internal reports and analyses and adherence to state federal and university policy procedures regulations and adapting to changes therein. This is an exempt position (which indicates that the position is exempt from overtime pay comp time accrual). According to OSU policy a 40-hour workweek is considered minimal for exempt staff and you are expected to work hours in excess of 40 hours per week when the work load requires additional hours (to include some early mornings evenings and or weekends). Occasional travel is required. Minimum qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or related field 7 years related experience. Word Excel High degree of computer literacy.
