Program Manager &ndash Data Analytics

This position is responsible for optimizing lead generation activities providing analytic insight for business decision-making ensuring accurate reporting and performance metrics and maximizing efficiency of the sales and marketing processes. This requires interfacing with employees and managers for the grant sponsor and their vendors to manage analysis and reporting of key company metrics related to marketing sales and delivery channels as well as provide oversight on marketing systems and processes including assisting in the administration and configuration of Salesforce product solutions as needed by the grant sponsor. The grant sponsor is located in Dallas. Much of the interaction with the sponsor and their vendors will take place in Dallas. As such applicants may choose to live in Dallas. Required qualifications Master s degree in Business or IT related field. One year of experience. Certifications Registrations or Licenses OSU and SAS Marketing Analytics. Google AdWords Google Analytics Mobile App analytics by Google. Specialization in report generation dash-boarding testing optimization market research and insight recognition proficient in statistical tools such as SAS JMP Tableau Omniture SPSS Photoshop Salesforce and MS Excel bilingual Spanish English. Preferred qualifications Master s degree in Marketing or International Business with Marketing Analytics. At least one year of marketing experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel VLookup pivot tables diverse conditional formatting etc.) Tableau software familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts excellent verbal and written communication skills analytical mindset strong time management & organization skills sense of urgency keen attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
