Smithe Salad is looking for Food Service Supervisor Position Food Service Supervisor (NOC 6311) Term of Employment 40.00 hours per week (Full-time Permanent) Work Location 191 Smithe St Vancouver BC V6B 4Z8 Vacation Fee 4% of gross Salary Position Available 1 Salary 13.00- 15.00 per hour Job Responsibilities - Assign and coordinate work of employees to promote efficiency of operations - Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees following up on work results. - Manage the inventory and order food and beverages equipment and supplies - May direct preparation of food and beverages - Oversee food preparation portion sizes and the overall presentation of food - Train new staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures Job Requirements -Completion of Secondary School -Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food service industry. -Food Safety Certificate is an asset.
