Experience in performance testing is an added advantage Responsibilities Consult and implement right-fit test automation approach Consult and identify improvement initiatives and create automation roadmap Consult on Agile testing and test automation Work with Application Development Heads to create a strategy to propagate best practices on a continuing basis Work with developers release managers scrum masters product owners to set up a scalable CICD environment integrating tools such as SCons Maven Jenkins Unix Scripts Setup and technically troubleshoot issues in environment creation CICD setup Work closely with business in identifying solution requirements and key case-studies scenarios for the future solution Lead implementation of the test plan strategy from establishing project requirements and goals to solution go-live steady stage Participate in the full cycle of pre-sales activities direct communications with potential customers RFP processing development of proposals for implementation and design of the solution presentation of the proposed solution to a customer participation in meetings with customer representatives and Proof-Of-Concept Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices including emerging ones such as cloud mobile and big data testing Act as a career coach or and advisor for future leadership subordinates.
