Summary Betach Solutions based in Calgary AB is looking to expand its business due many years of success. Reporting directly to the President the incumbent will be responsible for all business opportunities and growth in B.C. The ideal candidate will make Betach Solutions a key player within the region. Key Responsibilities Direct regional field sales efforts according to the Betach Solutions business plan Develop a 3-year business strategy for the region and execute accordingly Build the business from the ground up. The ideal candidate will generate revenue with our existing customers in B.C. as well as identify and bring in new business from new customers Identify relevant events within the region that will contribute to the goals of the regional business plan Work with our strategic partners to achieve more value for our customers while ensuring profitable business growth in BC Guide customers through all stages of the sales cycle and achieve customer satisfaction When it s time to expand the team define roles hire and manage new people Education and Experience Six (6) plus years of proven industry-related experience with three (3) plus years of people management Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Economics Extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint and or Dynamics CRM (365) Proven track record of success in building sales pipeline and in closing that pipeline Skills Must have a proven record and passion for sales and solution selling solid leadership and teambuilding presence and be customer satisfaction obsessed Must self driven and be able to focus on solutions to problems and inspire to drive to relevant digital transformation in all customer Must have familiarity with Microsoft ISV s and the Partner landscape Must have experience with Workflow management Must have strong communication presentation skills Speaking a second language is a benefit Demonstrated leadership abilities and proven results orientated Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships Ability to travel up to 30% of time Application If you are interested and qualify for the position please submit your resume to Veronica.Padhi(at)betach.comAbout Betach Solutions Betach is a management and information technology consulting company with a focus on Microsoft Online Services.
