Our product ranges from custom pumps and blowers to custom sheet metal air knives and motors used as components in much larger products.Job SummaryEssential Duties and Responsibilities Accountable for all onsite shipping and receiving support. Supervision of shipping & receiving associates. Must maintain all customer SLA s (Service Level Agreements) and KPI s (Key Performance Indicators) Processing sorting and staging packages for delivery. Receive count and verify all incoming parcels freight etc. notating damage and discrepancies. Log all incoming items letters and packages including certified registered return receipt Federal Express UPS and DHL. Prepare and package outgoing materials to prevent in-transit damage. Prepare all appropriate shipping documentation for both domestic and international shipments. Operate mechanical equipment as required i.e. fork lifts pallet jacks etc. Monthly Metrics Report (MMR). Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 3-5 years customer service and shipping receiving related experience preferred. Basic Mathematical skills. 1-3 years experience with Microsoft Software. 3 5 years of forklift experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
