Group Home Manager- Summit County

The Home Manager is responsible for day to day management of the facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the overall health safety development and supervision of staff and residents. The Home Manager is on call 24-7 responds to emergencies handles staff scheduling grocery shopping and resident appointments. This is a full-time position with general working hours between 11am-7pm but requires flexiblity to be on-call and to meet the needs of the homes. The Home Manager position requires a high school diploma GED equivalent valid Ohio drivers license that meets Hattie Larlham driving requirements previous experience working with people with disabilities in a group home setting. Prior management experience is preferred but not required.
