Roommate wanted

4 bedroom 1 bath cape located in Peabody...near routes 114 128 and I95...close to 2 shopping malls...The North Shore and Liberty Tree. Looking for 4th roommate. Large bedroom 15 by 16 secon d floor...small pets welcome. fenced in back yard built in pool and grill. 1 off street parking space. All inculsive...water electric heat cable and internet. Only rule is clean up after yourself and your pet should you have one. Dish washer garbage disposal and washer and dryer in basement. . Currently 2 males and 1 female.. 1 male cat and 1 female chahooa....mostly quiet occasional pool parties are the exception. Nice quiet neighborhood. Currently have single bed in room with couch and tv but may be able to get queen bed if needed. Some roommates are smokers so if that bothers you please don t bother to apply. Will only repsond to text.
