Senior Financial Coordinator

Responsible for management of the fiscal operations for the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service (OCES) in the Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (DASNR) of state federal and other funds including day to day operations preparation of reports and adherence to state federal and university policy and procedures. Develop and manage the state and federal budgets. This is an exempt position (which indicates that the position is exempt from overtime pay comp time accrual). According to OSU policy a 40-hour workweek is considered minimal for exempt staff and you are expected to work hours in excess of 40 hours per week when the work load requires additional hours (to include some early mornings evenings and or weekends). Occasional travel is required. Minimum qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field and 7 years experience in accounting field. Experience with Word Excel High degree of computer literacy. Preferred qualifications Master s degree in Accounting or related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
