Manufacturer s Rep Firm hiring full-time project coordinator experienced in inside sales quoting for multiple factory lines. Food Service Industry experience desired. Rep firm experience preferred. Applicant must possess a superior ability to communicate and capability of developing positive rapport with customer(s) of all industry segments. Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently and prioritize in fast-paced environment while performing the following responsibilities review customer specifications and drawings to prepare bids by deadline generate and place orders shipment tracking and customer provide follow-up perform confidential customer purchasing functions while adhering to factory purchasing terms policies and procedures. assist dealer network with factory discounts programs promos products and literature updates and resolution of service issues maintain and build customer relationships and records trade show setup and participation limited travel for product training conferences and trade shows Strong computer background with proficiency using CRM Software & Microsoft Office is necessary. Additional experience using AutoQuotes (industry software) or Quickbooks is considered a plus Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
