It has - rocking chair front porch - recent floor coverings - new water heater - new hvac system - new appliances - large privacy fenced patio - recent interior paint - neighborhood pool - close to shopping schools - no smoking The kitchen is a good size with tons of cupboard space all appliances are brand new. Both available rooms have lots of natural light and double closets. You would have your own bathroom. The landlord is looking to get someone in here ASAP.
