A well-established electrical maintenance service oriented company is seeking to hire a Testing Sales Engineer to provide sales and marketing support for the Midwest Region Ohio Indiana Kentucky Michigan Illinois and Wisconsin.REQUIREMENTSBachelors of Science Electrical Engineering or Associates or Military Training 5 years experience OR High school diploma or equivalent and eight years of work. Responsible for developing complete proposals along with operations or corporate staff members. Able to perform take-offs from Electrical One-line diagrams. Ability to interpret project technical specifications. Must be interested in working for a customer service oriented company that services power and high voltage systems Poses strong communications skills Interest in technical sales Professional appearance. MS Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Word Outlook) Experience with some type of sales marketing tracking software. Must be willing to work flexible hours weekends some overnight travel to cover sales territory. Estimated 75% Travel (regional territory) DutiesSales support to meet overall area sales goals Make consistent sales calls on existing and new clientele regionally Provide marketing support to promote this company s image Public relations to promote sales Participate in trade shows and professional societies Give presentations to internal and external customers Assist in developing of the area sales and marketing plan Bring new sales and marketing ideas to the table.
