Our spacious 1450 sq. ft. vaulted ceiling condo is conveniently located within walking distance of Old Town Scottsdale close to Continental Golf Course and the Scottsdale Greenbelt for walking and biking. This 3rd floor condo 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will sleep 4 with 1 king bed in the master and 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom. This fully furnished Scottsdale rental offers a living area with 48 flat screen television dining room and fully equipped kitchen. All of this opens up to our patio with view of Camelback mountain.It is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to the Giants Spring Training Stadium and all of the great restaurants in Old Town Scottsdale. Free trolley service is available if you prefer or UBER is close.A few additional amenities include DVD player with assortment of movies Wi-Fi fireplace BBQ area parking and lots of extra linens and towels.We rent our condo to LONG TERM SNOWBIRD VACATIONERS and our condo is available January 15 2018 for the winter season.
