Greetings My name is Chloe Gordon. I am a native New Yorker currently residing in Garrison NY. I offer private individual and group yoga My yoga classes I teach an array of genres. The most popular has been the Wine and Yoga which involves mindful consumption of a glass of wine while moving through the poses with elevated endorphin levels. Other classes I m happy to teach include All Levels Flow Yoga for Kids [or Seniors] Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga yoga for a specific body region like Yoga for Core Strength as well as yoga for specific people specialized such as Yoga for Stress Relief Yoga for Anxiety Yoga for Runners Yoga for People with Eating Disorders etc... I will completely customize the class for each client(s) to ensure greatest benefit and effectiveness. Fortunately I have my own space to use as a studio in Garrison NY on Route 9D adjacent to St. Philip s Church in the same building as the old Garrison Market. Also I am available to travel anywhere within 60 miles of Garrison NY (including into all boroughs of NYC). Compensation for travel expenses is expected. Background I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher having trained at Saavy Soul Yoga under Sandy Delgado. In addition I am also a skilled ballerina having studied at UNC School of the Arts-American Ballet Theater program The Ailey School The Joffrey School and the Staten Island Ballet on scholarship. After an injury derailed my dancing was when I discovered yoga and it has since changed my life. The practice of yoga has been shown to reduce blood pressure stress and anxiety while also increasing flexibilty strength determination and morale.
