Hello my name is Michael and I work for Renewme Fitness. Renewme Fitness is a company started in DC that has expanded to Florida. Renewme fitness works with people who have gone through physical therapy and due to one of many reasons are unable to continue receiving therapy services in either an outpatient or skilled nursing setting. I am both certified as a personal trainer as well as a physical therapist assistant and the goal is to continue off where physical therapy has ended. We will continue to keep up with their home exercise program and incorporate new exercises and tactics to prevent any regression as well as continue to strengthen. Renewme fitness has experience with patients with neurological disorders post surgical rehabilitation as well as people who have joint disorders.
